Bought these in the blue too after first buying the black version. The blue is a bit softer and thinner fabric than the blue so I went down a size but could have easily worn the same size.

Both my best friend and I have purchased these jeans and love them so much. One thing to note is that they give a tiny bit so if you are deciding between sizes, go down.
