When you place an order you will receive a confirmation via email. Once the order has been dispatched (usually within 2 business days), you will receive all tracking details and updates via email.

Taxes & Duties

RIISE ships all orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means duties and import taxes are settled before your order is delivered — either calculated at checkout and included in your order total as a separate line item or absorbed by us — so you will not be charged any additional duties, import taxes or customs charges on delivery.
