RIISE: What do you do upon waking?
Neada: I stretch, brush my teeth and meditate.
RIISE: What is your first drink of the day?
Neada: Every morning and night, I have a blend of custom Chinese herbs steeped in hot water. I have an autoimmune disease, and traditional Chinese medicine has been pivotal in my healing process.
RIISE: What do you have for breakfast?
Neada: I usually have a soft-boiled egg with a slice of seeded toast. Or yoghurt with chia seeds and nuts.
RIISE: Do you have a health hack you would like to share?
Neada: Eat well, listen to your body, and prioritise rest and joy. It's incredible to see the advancements in medical science; to have more meaningful blood work analysis and access to new technology centred on longevity, but I find an intuitive approach is imperative for day to day wellbeing.
RIISE: Do you have a skincare hack?
Neada: I prioritise antioxidant-rich formulas and wear sunscreen every day. I created Lesse after a decade spent looking for organic, effective solutions for my skin so of course I use many Lesse products every day such as the Essential Moisturiser.
RIISE: How do you ensure you have peaceful moments through the day?
RIISE: How do you maintain an attitude of gratitude?
Neada: I just started writing a short gratitude list every morning. It was one of my resolutions for this year. I also prioritise calls home to my family. I try to speak to them almost every day, as it keeps me grounded and grateful—and of course I miss them as I live so far away.
RIISE: Do you have a favourite lunch to energise you?
Neada: I usually have a salad or soup.
RIISE: What supplements can’t you live without?
Neada: My custom blend of Chinese herbs, Vitamin D, Coq10, Fish Oil, Par Olive Collagen, and Wellness Formula.

RIISE: What have you done recently to improve your health and longevity?
Neada: I recently had all of my blood work done along with analysis of certain genetic markers, for conditions that run in my family.
Fortunately, I received the all clear and have just doubled down on a few supplements.
RIISE: What herbal teas do you swear by?
Neada: I love the Rest + Digest Tea by Dr Stolberg, the Nettle Lead Tea from Orchard Street, and the Skin Tea from Masha Teas
RIISE: What’s the last thing you do before you go to sleep?
Neada: I listen to healing frequencies every night before I go to bed—or if I've had a particularly stressful day and need to recentre.
