RIISE: What do you do upon waking?
Bella: I wake up to my dog at the edge of my bed, pleading with his sweet eyes for me to take him to the park. We give him a good run before I head home to move my body.
RIISE: What is your first drink of the day?
Bella: Warm water with apple cider vinegar, mānuka honey, and lemon.
RIISE: What do you have for breakfast?
Bella: Normally a plate of eggs, avocado, spinach, and tomatoes topped with seeds and chilli oil.
RIISE: Do you have a health hack you would like to share?
Bella: Consistency and patience.
RIISE: How do you ensure you have peaceful moments throughout the day?
Bella: I like to rise early so I can give myself enough time to find stillness before I'm on someone else's clock.
I also love to read a good book before bed.
RIISE: What is your skincare hack?
Bella: Hydration, and as I mentioned before, consistency.
RIISE: Do you have a mindfulness ritual?
RIISE: Do you have a favourite lunch to energise you?
Bella: I'm really not great at lunch — I always forget. In an ideal world it would be my best and biggest meal, but it's normally a snack plate with whatever I have in my kitchen.
RIISE: What supplements can’t you live without?
Bella: Honestly, I don't take too many supplements. I try to get everything I can from the food I eat.
RIISE: How do you maintain an attitude of gratitude?
Bella: I think this is something that is very much instilled in me. I don't have a gratitude ritual, but I do catch myself throughout the day having moments of thankfulness. It's nice to notice these moments when they come to you.
RIISE: What have you done recently to improve your health and longevity?
Bella: I've seen an acupuncturist and a naturopath. Both have been so insightful! It always feels good to invest in my health.
RIISE: What herbal teas do you swear by?
Bella: Sleepy time tea, I love having this before bed.
RIISE: Do you have a sleep hack?
Bella: I am naturally quite a good sleeper. Whenever I can't get to sleep, I turn on the bedtime stories called Nothing Much Happens. I'm without a doubt out within 10 minutes haha
RIISE: What’s the last thing you do before you go to sleep?
Bella: My friend gave me a mist that I spritz on my pillow and around the room before I sleep. It smells so good and sets the tone for a good night of rest.
