Sydney-based label First Colours are reinventing waste by turning plastic bottles into covetable clothing. Their chiffon, satin and georgette materials are made from polyester derived from PET plastic. The playful pieces come in confection colours, set to lift the mood while considering the planet. The brand’s labels, tags and packaging are also made from recycled materials and they have plans to extend their size offering (which currently caters for sizes 6-16) to increase inclusivity.
