Driven by the need to be Marissa Cooper from The O.C., I spent many years layering shiny powder over my fake tan. The effect was not chic, and I won’t rest until all photographic evidence of me between the ages of 13 and 16 is removed from the internet.

This time around though, artificial orange shades have been replaced with a more subtle and glowy sun-kissed aesthetic.
